My Project

What I love about my students is their inquisitiveness and desire to explore their world. As I learn more about them and their needs, I'm more determined to create an environment that encourages their success. As they get older, my students acquire more advanced analytical skills. When they build towers or more complicated designs, students begin to ask questions about and engage in the world around them.

Toys like Legos can encourage creativity and experimentation, which is what STEM teaches as well.

Additionally, these materials will build teamwork/social skill, communication, and problem solving, creativity and critical thinking. All of these skills are important as young children explore and learn about the world around them.
