My Project

My Physical Education classroom is an enjoyable space where students get to experience physical fitness and sport concepts together. Most of my students have never played any of the games or tried some of these activities before. My enjoyment comes from teaching students new principles about their own personal fitness, showing them how they can maintain it, and hopefully creating life-long learners of physical education and fitness concepts.

The materials like the stationary bike and pogo jumper will help my students in specific areas of need that I have noticed need more development this year.

Students will use these materials to learn and explore about their own muscular strength, endurance and flexibility.
