My Project
I love how my preK students are ready everyday to dive in and explore the world around them! With that in mind, I am eager to provide creative and engaging activities that will build their fine motor, literacy, and language skills!
Early childhood students need access to essential materials such as paint, crayons, scissors, glue and Play-Doh to be actively engaged in learning!
Most of my students come from low income homes where access to resources that build fine motor and literacy skills is very limited. I am new to the full day preK program this year and am trying my best to provide access to basic tools that my students need for all areas of learning! I am in need of scissors, crayons, paints, Play-Doh, glue sticks, and markers! These materials will develop a variety of skills such as hand and arm strength, pre-writing skills, and literacy skills. Best of all, these materials will ensure active engagement, develop their creativity and foster language skills as they will all want to talk about their awesome work!
