Pre-K Can Build It with LEGOs!

My students need Lego Duplo sets to encourage their creative play, imaginative storytelling, and to help them to use language related to shape, color, and position of objects.

My Students

My Pre-K classroom consists of 19 students. I have a blended classroom and many of my students are at-risk students. Our school is a Title I school. All of the students receive free breakfast and many are receiving free or reduced lunch.

STEM education is a vital part of my Pre-K students' success throughout their life!

My Pre-K students need manipulatives to enhance their STEM education!

Science, technology, engineering, and math is a must-have for my Pre-K classroom because it helps ensure that my students develop a lifelong love of learning! Pre-K students need to develop STEM skills to help spark their imaginations and to help them learn about the world around them.

My Project

The LEGO Emotion Set, LEGO Creative Play Set, and the LEGO Playground will help my students' understanding of relationships as they construct familiar places where they can explore the concepts of friendship, feelings, and community. They will be encouraged to use creative play and imaginative storytelling.

It will inspires my students to role play around important and practical ideas like sharing, conflict resolution, and playground safety.

The manipulatives will encourages creative play, imaginative storytelling, and use of language related to shape, color, and position of objects.They will be able to create a carousel and make the seats on the special gearwheels spin round below.
