This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Being moved back down to 1st grade after 20+ years, the shift has gone back to focusing on more phonics. There are some great teacher created materials to help support their learning. My students will greatly benefit from these materials helping to review and support their learning in either small group of independent practice work. These materials will also support my students with reading materials that cover cross subject areas in social studies and science!

Practice and review... these materials will help my students to become more proficient and master learning their phonics as well as allowing them to read and learn in other subject areas like social studies and science!

With your help and support, I look forward to utilizing these materials to help my students become successful readers and life learners, as well as instilling them with the necessary skills to grow and nurture them with the love of reading!
