Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are curious, hands-on learners who thrive when given the opportunity to build, create, and innovate. In our computer science and STEM classes, we frequently use tools like drones, Microbits, and other electronics that require reliable power sources. We also build prototypes, design interactive art, and create functional models that require hot glue for assembly.
To keep our creative momentum going, we need rechargeable batteries to reduce waste and ensure our devices are always ready to use, and hot glue guns to support a variety of engineering and maker projects.
With your support, students will be able to focus on learning, problem-solving, and teamwork—without delays or disruptions from missing materials. These tools will be used across multiple grade levels and projects, making a lasting impact on our classroom.
