This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting toner for our classroom printer. We use or printer daily to printer materials for the class and to print our finished work.

Second graders love to type and print out their stories and projects.

They would love more toner for our classroom printer so they can print their work and proudly display it.

Being able to display their work helps them to see that they too can be an author and write things for others to read. Our next project will be to write a paragraph about landforms. We will study earth's landforms through informational texts and hands on science activities.
