My Students

My students are amazing. They strive for excellence in many areas. They are creative, outgoing, and respectful overachievers with dreams and goals to go places in this world. They are thoughtful of others and look out for one another. I love being able to teach them and motivate them to accomplish their dreams.

My Project

Manipulates are extremely useful when learning math. Flash cards, fraction circles, decimal cards, hands-on clock, and protractors make math more understanding. Great tools for stones to better comprehend math. Some of these manipulates can be used at home. Most of them will be used in the classroom. These hands-on tools give clear understanding of what is being taught. Students love learning math when they can visually see how the power of a manipulative can help students learn. Students begin to understand how math can be fun and exciting.
