Pots with Lids that Fit for Every Project

Help me give my students some new saucepans to use in the kitchen as they learn to improve their culinary skills.

My Project

My culinary students are in the lab 2-3 times a week. We have access to both gas and electric stovetops and they learn to cook on both. They make all kinds of things that require the use of a saucepan. This week we created natural dyes from purple cabbage, blueberries, and beets to dye eggs. My students have learned to clean and care for the equipment that we have, but our tools are starting to tire. Not only that but some don't have lids or the handles are becoming loose.

We need a class set of pots that have lids for the things we create in class.

All of my culinary classes are year-long. In that year, students create sauces, soups, cook vegetables, meats, fillings, and more with the use of a pot. Having a standard pot and lid that can be accessed by all groups will allow labs to run more efficiently and successfully.
