This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a history teacher, I tell my students that history is all around them- it's in the buildings they drive by each day, it's in the stories behind the street names they encounter, and it's part of their family stories. My classroom, however, does not have many history decorations yet. With your generous donation, you can help me decorate my history classroom in a way that makes it inviting, safe fun, and educational. Just as I tell my students, I want my classroom to be full of history as well!
