This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The earbuds, backpacks, reusable water bottles and headphones are to be used to incentivize students that are always going above and beyond at school. These particular students are in class on time, have perfect attendance, and have the grades that demonstrate their efforts.

We are looking to support students' behavioral, academic, social, emotional, and mental health.

These incentives give our students things to look forward to and highly powerful for supporting students and fostering a positive learning environment. This project will help our school significantly decrease the rate of disciplinary referrals and improve both behavioral and academic outcomes.
