Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students learn about positive behavior through our Positive Behavior Intervention Support program. Our school expectations are be Respectful, Responsible, and Safe.

Students earn points for good behavior.

This reinforces the appropriate behavior and meets the school's expectations and rules. Students can use the points to purchase favorite items in the school store. This teaches them financial literacy, as the points can be spent just like money. The PBIS store and your donation allow our students to purchase favorite items without money. The majority of our students cannot afford to purchase the items in the store, which include notebooks, sporting equipment, and iPad cases to replace school-issued cases.

Help us reinforce good behaviors in our school and support the social-emotional needs of our students! We appreciate your support! Thank you!
