My Project

This project is in conjunction with our status as a school that uses Positive Behaviors Incentives and Support. These snacks will be used as rewards for students who are continually doing the right thing, to promote positive behaviors instead of focusing on punishing the “negative” ones.

As a PBIS school, we want to highlight and reward students doing the right thing to reinforce and encourage positive behaviors in our schools!

There is tons of research that shows that restorative practices like this are more beneficial than punitive practices of schools in the past.

Also, the healthier snack options will be used as snacks for students who missed lunch and breakfast and are hungry so that they can be their best selves at school. We really appreciate your donations and your support of our students.
