it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are passionate learners who love participating in classroom activities and hands-on learning experiences. I teach 9th at Trenton Ninth Grade Academy and we are always looking for creative ways to make our learning environment more fun and engaging. A popcorn machine would be a fantastic addition to our classroom!
Project Objective: With a popcorn maker, we can create exciting incentives for class participation, encourage teamwork during special projects, and celebrate milestones in our learning journey.
Imagine the smiles on students’ faces as they earn a popcorn treat for completing reading goals, participating in group discussions, or mastering new skills.
How This Project Will Benefit My Students: Popcorn rewards will help us celebrate not only academic success but also social-emotional learning and community-building activities. It can also be used as a tool for math lessons, where students measure and count kernels, learning about volume and estimation. As we embrace a fun and interactive classroom culture, a popcorn machine will be the perfect tool to build camaraderie and create positive experiences.
