Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are an energetic, hardworking group who bring so much personality and joy into our classroom each day. They work hard, support one another, and deserve opportunities to celebrate their accomplishments and make special memories together.

With a popcorn machine and shaved ice machine, along with the supplies needed to use them, I can create fun classroom celebrations that recognize students for their effort, growth, positive behavior, and achievements.

These resources will also help make special classroom days, movie days, and end-of-unit celebrations even more exciting.

For many students, the little things can become the moments they remember most. Something as simple as enjoying freshly popped popcorn or making a colorful shaved ice treat with their classmates can turn an ordinary school day into something special.

This project will help me create a classroom where hard work is celebrated, students feel appreciated, and we continue building a strong sense of community. Learning should be meaningful, but there should always be room for a little fun, too!
