My Project

My students are preparing for an exciting milestone—graduation. For many of them, this moment represents years of hard work, growth, and perseverance. I want to help them capture and celebrate this achievement in a meaningful way. Having a Polaroid camera in our classroom would allow students to take instant photos during our graduation celebrations and special moments leading up to the big day.

Instant photos create something special that digital pictures often cannot.

Each student would be able to hold a physical memory in their hands, something they can keep as a reminder of their accomplishments, friendships, and the journey they have taken. These photos could also be displayed in our classroom memory board and later sent home so students have a keepsake of this important time in their lives.

Many of my students may not have the opportunity to capture these memories outside of school, so providing this experience in the classroom would mean a lot to them. A Polaroid camera would help us celebrate their success, build community, and create lasting memories they can look back on for years to come.
