This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Your support means more than just a piece of technology. It represents an investment in the future of our students and their education. With the addition of a classroom laptop, we can enhance learning experiences, expand educational opportunities and prepare our students for success in an increasingly digital world.

I plan for my students to use the laptop for educational apps, projects and educational games.

I am a special education teacher for K-2 students. Educational apps and games frequently incorporate visual, auditory and interactive elements, providing multi-sensory experiences that can be particularly beneficial for students with disabilities. Educational apps are useful tools that offer opportunities for repetitive practice and reinforcement of skills.

Interactive learning makes learning enjoyable and helps motivate students to engage with the material.
