Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I am looking to add new and refreshed centers to my morning bins. My students rotate through various activity bins every morning before the school day officially begins. I like to provide activities that the students can complete independently so that I can work with individuals or small groups on more focused academic support. My students really enjoy hands on, colorful activities that they can manipulate to complete a task.

By providing students with engaging activities in the morning, it helps to curb behavior issues and allows students to take responsibility to reinforce what they already know.
