My Students

We are a K-3 building housing almost 200 students and energy abounds! Most students are on free or reduced price meals. We have a diverse population from ethnicity, beliefs, socioeconomics, and abilities. This allows us opportunities to learn life lessons and how to treat others with care and respect.

Our school building is a compilation of 194 bright, energetic and eager students.

We have overachievers and those whom are challenged academically and physically. Some of us have plenty and some very little, but all with talents and something to share.

My Project

We are working hard to have multiple seating options in our classroom to optimize learning. Some work well in table groups with a pillow or wonnlw stool. However, some need a comfortable spot away from their peers to concentrate and do their best work. These bean bag chairs will provide that space. They are light and easy for students to move to a place of their choice. They are also well constructed and durable enough to hold up to this constant wear and tear. My students will be so excited to add these great bean bags to our seating options.
