Play Music Like the Blue Man Group

My students need 4 complete sets (diatonic and chromatic) of boomwhackers in order to experience music creatively like the Las Vegas Blue Man Group.

My Students

Today's young generation learn much differently than I learned growing up. With the internet, TV, and video games, the children are exposed to so much creativity, and traditional teaching techniques are no longer adequate. This is why it is vital for teachers like myself to have the necessary resources to accommodate and challenge our future generation.

My students are absolutely amazing and they love music.

They come to music once a week and they just want to play all the instruments and participate. My music classes are full of singing, movement, and instrument playing. This project will benefit all 600 students in my school from grades K-5.

My Project

The instruments provided through this project are long pitched tubes that students hit on the ground to make different melodies. These instruments will motivate my students in music and will allow my students to creatively play music like the Blue Man Group on the Las Vegas Strip.

I am always looking for creative ways to inspire my students.

This donation will help spread the love of music and through music, inspire the creativity within each child. This project is so important, because it will benefit nearly 600 students from grades K-5, each and every week.
