This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are hands-on learners who love creating and playing in their kindergarten adventures. This kinetic sand will be used to create a sensory center and offer more activities for sensory management and learning.

We are constantly working with play-dough, and it might be time to retire it and move on to a tool that can be used over and over with drying up.

Many of my young students need help with sensory management, and this will be a great way to help many regulate their senses while offering a fun and safe way to learn and play.
