Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Teaching organizational skills is important for all students. It is imperative that our 5th grade students start keeping track of their assignments and be held responsible for their academic learning. Being able to record homework and due dates for assignments is just the beginning.

Time management and accountability are taught through the use of these student agendas/planners.

Preparing our 5th graders for middle school is made much easier by using planners. Keeping track of multiple homework assignments and due dates helps students get ready for the rigor of 6th grade.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
