My Project
Every year my AP US History students read additional books to supplement the textbook.
This wonderful book will help me teach the Civil Rights Era.
My students love the supplemental materials and gain a better understanding of our country's history as a result. I look forward to including this book by Taylor Branch into the curriculum. I think this book will help prepare my students for the AP College Board Exam at the end of the semester. The students are also allowed to keep the books after the course is over!
