Help me give my students the tools they need to create a successful and fun news program at our elementary school. The teleprompter will especially help in out overall production!

My Students

My students are a diverse group who come from a diverse community. Some of these students do not own technology at home. Students love to create videos and work in artistic ways to express their creativity. Recently students have started a video club in our school. We have even created a weekly newscast for our school!

They enjoy using technology, and with the ever-increasing use of it in the classroom, it becomes a natural fit.

These students are naturally creative, which is needed in the digital world. They are full of ideas that are waiting to be created on film.

My Project

What started as a small media club at my school has turned into an award winning program. In addition to running a weekly news cast run completely by students, our club members are branching out and developing more content than ever. With more memory cards, students can check out cameras and work on projects at home. With a teleprompter, students will no longer have to print out and look down constantly during the newscast. With added lights, we can have an actual real looking newscast with no natural shadows. The Gimble will allow our students to film while moving, instead of just stationary.
