Help me give my students pictures printed in color. I teach a primary cluster program- autistic and cognitive delayed wonderful students. We use pictures to communicate, learn, and play.

My Project

Autistic students will benefit having their picture schedule printed in color. The pictures printed in color instead of black and white will mirror what they see in their day to day living environment. This will support continuity.

Pictures printed in color will further support my nonverbal students as a tool to express their needs and wants.

It’s vital to have a color printer when teaching the primary colors. The manipulatives for hands on teaching are in color and their assignments should be in color as well to further support their learning.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
