This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting a full class set of pickleball paddles for my students. While we have some pickleball equipment on our campus, we do not have enough to accommodate all students. I would love for all of the students to have a paddle to use while learning the game.

The sixth graders on our campus play every week, but because we don't currently have enough equipment, students have to take turns using the paddles.

It would be fantastic if every student had the opportunity to be learning at the same time, instead of having to wait and take turns with the equipment.
