My Students

It is hard to consider what I do as a job because it is truly a part of who I am. People always say to me, "Those kids are lucky to have you," but, I'm the lucky one.

I live for that AHA!

moment when my students first understand a new concept or see how the lesson applies directly to their lives. I love it when students see improvement or when they are able to struggle through to mastery. Interacting with interested and intelligent students makes them special. It both expands their repertoire of knowledge, insights, and skills and also broadens my perspective as I learn from their ideas and experience. Such interaction also makes my students and me aware of generational differences and induces respect for each other's experiences.

My students are curious, brave and inspire me every day. They are special because they are endearing, they humble me, they make me laugh, they teach me things and thus make me a better person!

My Project

Hands-on laboratory science experiences are critical to the learning process across all areas of study, especially science. Research has shown that students who engage in well-designed laboratory experiences develop problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, as well as gain exposure to reactions, materials, and equipment in a lab setting. Sustained investments in hands-on experiences help inspire students to further their education and prepare them for high-technology careers by fostering skills sought by potential employers.

A physics lab aids a student in establishing the relevance of the theory.

It brings clarity in the mind of the students regarding the basic concept of the subject. Students understand the difference between theory and application. The physics laboratory helps a student in improvising their approach towards the subject. These supplies will aid in enabling my students to learn physics theories in a more elaborative manner with the involvement of its application.
