My Students

Each student in my classroom enjoys learning although, the way in which they learn best varies greatly. We use a variety of learning strategies and options to ensure all students' needs are met. My students are truly incredible and I am so lucky to have the opportunity to teach each one! After a crazy year of at home learning last year, these students are ready to learn at school!

My Project

Murray High School is a school with many students that are on the free or reduced price lunch program. On a regular basis, teachers provide food, drinks and snacks to students in need. By adding a refrigerator to my classroom, my department (PE and Health) would be able to keep a better supply of these food and drink items close by. We will be able to provide students with the snacks and drinks, as needed. It will save us time and allow us to better meet the needs of the students in our classes. We currently have to store snacks in our offices and drinks in the cafeteria refrigerator. It makes it difficult to provide students with food and drinks when it is located away from our classes.
