This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My sweet little first graders are learning to read. Due to the pandemic many of my students need more phonics instructions. The literacy materials and leveled readers will greatly help my students develop their literacy skills. We will use the sight words games during center times to develop sight word fluency, the phonics readers will be a great addition to our classroom library. These resources will greatly impact my students and help them become fluent readers ready for second grade. My students and I would greatly appreciate the varieties of these resources.
