Phonics Fun

Help me give my students a strong foundation in their phonics skills. we’re hoping to add additional ways to practice our phonics skills through play. This includes pocket charts, Sight Word Bingo, and other items.

My Students

My students are incredibly kind, compassionate, little beings! They take the time to ensure their classmates are taken care of, they help when they see a need, and they work so hard to show their learning! I'm blessed to be able to spend each day with them.

My Project

The items in our DonorsChoose project would help to use additional practice with our phonics skills that are the foundation of our reading. Having a strong foundation will in turn create lifelong readers. Practicing these skills through play allows for more engagement and excitement in regards to reading.

The pocket charts will help us display and store our items for easy student access.

Our current supplies have limited us to the same practice daily, this will incorporate varied delivery of instruction. Students find games more student friendly and are more apt to practice.
