My Project
My students struggle with putting their cell phones away during class. I already have an incentive plan in which they can get raffle tickets for excellent behavior, and I want to add putting away their phones to that.
My plan is to have students put their phones in the shoe organizer, and if they leave the phone there the entire class period then they can earn an extra raffle ticket.
Students earn up to one (hopefully two now!) ticket per class for being on time, on task, and behaving appropriately. Every two weeks, I draw raffle tickets for prizes. This has been working well, but we're running out of gift cards! We need a restock so I can keep motivating my students to succeed.
