My Project

This will be my first year teaching preschool. I am excited to start the year out with a little Pete the Cat theme. I would like a book for each preschooler to take home to jumpstart their love of reading and learning. I also would like a Pete the Cat puppet, game, and art activity.

According to Google, “Pete the Cat" books can be good for preschoolers because they can motivate reading and encourage participation.

The books can also be paired with lessons or storytimes on topics such as colors, math, friendship, feelings, and a positive attitude. ”
