My Project

Students will be using the linolium, cutting tools, construction paper, ink, colored pencils and markers to plan and create stamps inspired by their interests! They can use these stamps to label things like books, binders, or anything that that they want to identify as theirs!

It is important for students to do projects where they are introduced to a multitude of different media so that they can see the many different career and creation options that exist!

Varying the materials that we use also keeps students engaged and interested in art. This is an expensive material that can only be used once so our students have limited access to it, however in the past it has been their favorite project and one that they continue to use for years after they leave my class!
