This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are using the money we saved up to buy supplemental percussion instruments for our classroom. These instruments are being purchased to help diversify our instrumental inventory. These instruments will be used for all grade levels and will help students have a new understanding of different timbres. We will also be replacing some of the egg shakers that have started to break from overuse.

The money for this project has already been acquired and I am so grateful to all of our families who have donated to make this happen!
