My Project
My English Learner students are from many different countries. I try to use literature and activities that reflect their cultural roots. The English Learner department budget doesn't allow us to update our materials often. I need picture books to use in the classrooms with the students.
Representation is so important to make students feel valued!
Having picture books that feature diverse people will delight my students.
They can be used with vocabulary, comprehension, fluency, and grammar lessons. The picture books requested can help me to create engaging lessons for my English Learners!
