My students are a great bunch of kids. The students in my class are fourth graders. It is a learning time for all of us. We are adapting to being back in class together during a pandemic.
My students come to school eager to learn, in person.
Many come from underprivileged homes and find the school to be their safe place. I want the best for the kids in my class. The students come from a mixture of different backgrounds and have come together to make a true family.
I am requesting two new pencil sharpeners for the classroom that also sharpens colored pencils. My students go through so many pencils. They need a reliable pencil sharpener that sharpens their pencils and does not eat them like the one we currently have. We sharpen pencils all day long and we are in need of a good sharpener that we can depend on.
My students work with colored pencils a lot as well in the 4th grade.
We create projects for our expeditions and the pencil sharpeners usually cannot hold colored pencils or it will ruin it. This pencil sharpener that we are requesting, also will allow colored pencils to be sharpened in it as well.
