My Project

I love how my students gravitate to the interactive notebook routine. They automatically pass out papers, folders, glue, scissors and any other materials needed for the day. Everyone is always prepared with a writing utensil. The pencil policy is simple: "If you need a pencil, just grab one." I also love how my students are highly engaged when we have whiteboard practice. It is a quick review and very competitive, so we go through a lot of expo markers fast.

My goal for this project is to ignite a passion for mathematics in mathematicians forever.
