My students need 2 kindle fires to improve their tecnology skills and learning. My students need the cases to protect and ensure the quality of the product.
We are a part of the 21st century and we relay on technology to get through our everyday lives. My students deserve to learn from the new technology that they will be expected to use in their future.
I have a small group of very hard working and willing-to-learn students.
They are always eager and intrigued by new subjects and new ways to learn. Unfortunately our school lags behind when it comes to bringing new technology for the students to use as learning tools. Not only does our school lag behind; our school is very under-funded for technology. I would like to give my students all of the opportunities I can to learn, and also be able to give them opportunities that they might not receive at home.
My Project
We need two Kindle Fires with protective cases for our classroom to maximize the learning opportunities for the students to advance through technology. Technology is the 21st century of the paper and pencil that was used as a main classroom tool and my students deserve the opportunity to learn from the new technology of their century.
Having two Kindle Fires will provide my students with many opportunities such as accessing educational programs and applications to use in their daily routine. In the technology world the options are endless!
The donations for the classroom Kindles will give my students the opportunity to prepare for the future and for the switch from paper pencil learning to technology based learning.
This technology will help students acquire the skills they need for the technology based economy of their future.
