Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are just starting their school career. They need to be learning with colorful, engaging, and hands-on activities.

Help give my students pegboards and enough pegs to last for years to come.

These pegs and pegboard will serve so many purposes in our classroom. We will use them so support one-to-one correspondence, counting, sorting, patterning, and engineering skills. Students can use the pegboards to create towers or interesting works of art. These are also a fun way to encourage fine motor practice which is the first step to creating writers. Please help make our classroom even better.
