My Project

Adaptive PE equipment allows all of my students the opportunity to engage in rich, structured physical education activities. I currently teach a group of approximately 25 students with varying exceptional learning needs who require specialized equipment. Specialized equipment, such as wheelchair adapters and a variety of engaging games, will allow all learners to participate in a wide variety of athletic standards for their adaptive physical education classes.

Specialized equipment is necessary for my students in adaptive PE so that I can differentiate activities for all students.

I plan to use the requested materials to bring engaging equipment to my lessons to help meet the needs of everyone. New games and activities will keep them motivated to participate and give them encouragement that they are capable of anything they set out to do!
