My Project

My students are currently working on a PBL project that includes taking life-changing moments in their lives as well as their personal identities and telling their stories through graphic novel memoirs. These stories' final format will be bound in individual books. With the materials listed in this project, we will be able to publish these finished books. These stories are important in helping students share their stories and build empathy among classmates. We incorporate social-emotional learning through this unit as well.

This project also includes books to increase reading volume as well as provide resources for an upcoming writing and research on Greek gods and goddesses.
