Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

We have the school store where we teach our students about financial literacy.

We need help to fill our school store with fun incentives for all!

The school store is a place where students earn incentives on their PBIS rewards app. They are then able to come to the store, pick out what they would like to buy, and pay by using their points. They earn points on the app by following the EES way of being safe, respectful, and responsible.

Our students love coming to the school store and seeing some amazing prizes they can earn all while learning financial literacy. They are able to count how many points they have to spend. Our students love to play soccer after school so we have added soccer bags for practice. Our students also have asked for water bottles in the school store that they can refill and use in their classroom when they get thirsty! The bracelet kits will be another item that students can purchase using their PBIS points in the school store.
