This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

PBIS incentives can boost morale and help students internalize expectations.

When students are recognized for kindness or staying on task, it sticks with them.

To make our PBIS prizes meaningful, I'm requesting:

Diverse Reward Options: A variety of tangible incentives, from colorful school supplies and creative stickers to collaborative games and small desk items, ensuring every student finds something that excites them.

Student Choice: Empowering students to save their PBIS points and select prizes that reflect their personal achievements and unique interests.

Daily Motivation: Reliable, physical reminders of their hard work that celebrate positive behavior in real-time.

PBIS reinforces respect and responsibility. These incentives will help each student choose a reward that fits their personality and maintain a positive classroom culture.
