Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our positive behavior (PBIS) party will motivate students to make good choices so they can be recognized and celebrated at this and future PBIS parties. Only the top 2 scholars from each class will be invited. Our 3rd-5th grade school has over 700 students, general and special education students with a high population of English Language Learners, many who are new to the country. They are all amazing kids.

I love to celebrate students who are always doing the right thing!

We will honor the students by telling them we are proud of them for their good choices. Then we will play a game, do crafts, and enjoy snacks and water or juice. This project will provide us with the juice and Rice Krispy treats to make it happen!

When they return to class and tell everyone about how much fun they had, their classmates will do their best to make good choices so they can get chosen next time!
