Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My speech and language scholars are unique, diverse, multi-modality learners who are working hard to improve their communication skills during Speech Therapy sessions. I am always looking for new and creative ways to support my scholars' learning, communication, and social-emotional needs.

Help me provide a pet themed Speech Room filled with engaging decor, interactive class pets, individualized folders, and motivating reinforcers.

The bulletin board kits included in this project will create a highly engaging pet themed learning space. They will encourage social-emotional growth, inclusion, and communication skill development. The interactive animal toys will become our class pets. Students will be able to care for them in the classroom as well as at home when it is their turn to take them home for a weekend adventure. The brag tags, book marks, mini animals, plushies and other items will be added to our Speech Room Rewards program. The colorful folders, name tags, and stickers will be used to create individualized folders to hold student work.
