Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Sports are essential for many of our students. We are trying to grow our volleyball program and the balls and passing trainers will help our students with improving their skills.

Sports lift our students to new heights.

Not only on the court but in the classroom and in their personal lives. As coaches we build relationships and foster many skills like communication, teamwork, and empathy! The volleyballs we ordered are school colors which will give them more school spirit. The training bands will help them build essential skills.

This year the team worked hard through the season to make it to and win the district championship. We are promoting most of the team so we will be rebuilding. This will help the new students learn skills to enhance the program.

Mrs. Harwell will only receive her materials if this project is fully funded by August 15.
