I am a third grade teacher at a Public School in Brooklyn, New York. This school is located in a lower socio-economic community. The majority of the children in my school receive free breakfast and lunch every day. Since I've been a third grade teacher for the past eight years, I know how very important it is to have a ready supply of copy paper in the classroom. Copy paper is necessary every day in a third grade classroom. I make a lot of copies because we are limited to the amount of workbooks we receive every year. Most of the time, the children are not able to write in the workbooks we receive because we will not be able to re-use those books year after year if they are written in. For this reason, it is necessary to make copies from books to give out to the children. It also saves a lot of time if I am able to make copies. Without the copies, the children would have to hand copy a lot of things during the day into their notebooks and that wastes a lot of valuable teaching time. I also like to make copies of the children's work that they do in their notebooks so I can hang it up in the classroom to show the exemplary work they are capable of doing. This all requires a lot of copy paper. Office Depot carries the necessary copy paper at a very reasonable price. This supply will last all year long and will be very helpful within our classroom. I would like to thank you in advance for your consideration and assistance with this matter. It is a wonderful thing that you do for our children.
