I am a teacher of a wonderful third-grade class in Nevada. I currently teach in a Title I school filled with eager students willing to learn to be responsible citizens.
Students love to express their learning in living color.
We are in need of some paper, markers, pencils, and other items to help showcase our work. This time of year our supplies are running out and when we go to the cupboard it is bare. Students want to show off what they know.
My Project
My students love to write and I want to help them feel their writing is important. It is sad that I have to seek help for simple items like paper and pencils. However, I will try anything to help my student feel their efforts are being recognized.
The simple addition of color paper for publishing makes my students feel that all their hard work is being rewarded with special materials to use for publishing.
My students will be thrilled with new paper to use for their publishing. They publish with paper and pencil and with Google Docs. In our classroom we have a area dedicated to display student writing and
