This was my first year teaching kindergarten and I have learned a lot about organization when it comes to making the classroom easy to manage to build more independence for my kindergarten babies as they start their foundation of education. Organization, self-help, and independent skills are some things that I support as a teacher. Allowing my classroom to flow as smooth oiled machine. My kindergarteners have grown so much since the school year has started, however, these organizational items such as the baskets, the colorful caddies will help them to keep their things organized and at arms length on their tables. So many students have lost items like their scissors and crayons due to misplacement. These items will help aid and assist with such problems as well as allow for small groups to be able to go off with little to no confusion. Their tables will have the desired materials handy. The entire class will be color-coordinated. These items may seem small, but the impact will be everlasting in helping aid with organization and learning responsibility! Please help me become a more intentional teacher by being better prepared and help my kinder babies become more organized and prepared for learning!
