This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

Soft High School Kids need Pull Up Action. Teaching 9-12 Grade Junior ROTC Cadets how pull ups can increase upper body strength, motivation and team and individual spirit. You should hear them yell encouragement as they near their maximum counts. Inner city school with 110 JROTC Cadets trying to use an indoor pull up bar just doesn't cut it. We want this outside so they can use it before, during and after school. Practice means you can earn "braggin" rights.

Many of my student cadets cannot do even two pull ups. This would give them a chance to practice often to get up their strength. Pull up bars provide great exercise in a little time. How many pull ups can you do?

This ready to assemble setup provides Pull up stations for three cadets. We will anchor the bars in concrete outside so all my students can practice anytime, even when the school is closed. I can see the kids passing the bars and jumping up to grab a few on the way to school and on the way home. Great anger management and stress relief!

Your support will help our students pass the "Presidents Physical Fitness Program" test. It provides a challenge open to every student. Kids love challenges and will attempt to beat their record.
